Specifically, Executive Coaching can assist CEOs and the senior leadership team to develop their leadership effectiveness and achieve the organisation’s strategic goals.

For many people, deciding to become an Executive Coach is a life-changing event. It enters you into the very private world of those you coach. Would you make a good Executive Coach who can combine an understanding of human behaviour and motivation with a genuine desire to get the best outcomes for your clients? Our in-house experienced Executive Coaches can help you make a balanced decision by discussing your particular situation and needs and explaining the available options, so that your study is flexible and easily integrated into your existing lifestyle.

As an Executive Coach you can make a huge difference to the lives of those you coach as well as make a great living and lifestyle for yourself at the same time.  Our program gives you the opportunity to live life on your own terms and surround yourself with like-minded people who are committed to achieving the most out of their life.

Developing a Coaching Culture

Organisations can develop a Coaching Culture when they embrace the notion of training a significant number of people in coaching skills. Let’s face it – every organisation wants their staff to work collaboratively, be accountable, take action and be responsible for achieving their own and their team’s targets. Once the hard work of defining the vision and mission, and identifying the key targets and goals has been done, it’s time to cascade this information throughout the levels to ensure that everyone is on the same page. This message is typically transmitted face-to-face in individual coaching sessions as well as via group training programs which constitute a key component of the organisation’s Leadership Development program.

Training line managers to become inspirational leaders for their teams is typically conducted by dedicated Leadership Coaches within the organisation. The Executive Coach may play a part in this training but is not responsible or accountable for the results. However the Executive Coach can provide valuable insights into what it is like to be a CEO or senior executive in a large organisation, hence serving as a role model to more junior line managers or executives. Indeed a mentoring program (separate from the coaching program) could be instigated so that the Executive Coach can share his or her knowledge and experience.
